Stuart is a fully licensed real estate agent with more than 25 years of experience in resort operation, real estate acquisitions, property management and sales. Stuart is currently the director of a local independent real estate agency, which has turned over in excess of $500 million in property sales and has more than 440 properties under management.
His present team includes 24 sales associates and on site managers. Stuart comes from a rural background with an education in agriculture and is in negotiation with landholders for a further 1000 hectares of suitable land in SE QLD.
These discussions are in various commercial stages including contract offerings.

Mark is an accomplished Chairman and Company Director, with an outstanding record of significant achievement in non-executive and executive roles across both the private and public sectors. He has extensive skills and experience in strategic leadership, financial services, investment banking, corporate governance and organisational change.
Current Chairman roles include Sugar Terminals Limited and Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (Queensland) and other Non-Executive Director roles include Data#3; QPharm; Queensland Cricket; Griffith University and Brisbane Boys College School Council. Previous roles include Airtrain Citylink Limited; Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited; Queensland Treasury Corporation; and Queensland Art Gallery.
Mark has held Chief Executive roles with the Queensland Treasury Department; the Queensland Competition Authority; and the Queensland Independent Commission of Audit, as well as senior executive roles with Macquarie Group (Office Head – Queensland) and BDO (Executive Director).
Mark graduated from University of Queensland in 1973 with First Class Honours in Economics, and was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2003 for services to banking and finance. He is an Adjunct Professor of Economics at the University of Queensland, an FAICD and an Sf Finsia.

Ken is a professional independent director and businessman. He is currently Chairman of The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust, Regnan Governance and Engagement, and a private water company, Hydrasyst. He is also a non-executive director of Australian Bauxite, Timberlink, NetComm Wireless and the Goodes O’Loughlin Foundation. Ken is principal of the Insight and Strategy Group, a consulting firm providing strategy, marketing, change management expertise and executive coaching services. Before taking on a portfolio career, Ken held marketing and leadership positions with listed Australian companies in the wine, food and building materials sectors. In these Division Head and CEO roles, his focus was on business growth, team based leadership and cultural change. His last full time executive role was as Managing Director of the Australian Tourist Commission, and then its successor, Tourism Australia.
Ken started his career as a research scientist in agronomy and has Masters Degrees in Agricultural Science (Melbourne) and Business Administration (Deakin). He has worked in large corporations, SME’s and small start-ups.

Brad Teys

Brad who started his career as a civil engineer has a varied and successful business building background. He has always been active in sport and recently founded and owns a multi modal Wellness business. Brad remains the largest shareholder of the international company Snapsil which he founded and grew to commercialise his packaging invention where he holds numerous patents. After 10 years of organisational development including developing the machine systems, the Snapsil packaging technology and innovation and its many varied applications is now launched globally. Brad has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur building businesses with one company in the professional services arena eventually acquired by an ASX listed public company.
In more recent years, Brad has focused on mentoring and investing in emerging trend businesses from early stage start-ups to commercial ready ventures. He has broad international management experience across product innovation and development, intellectual property management and licensing, contractual management and business development.

Scott is an Energy sector consultant, developer, construction, and operator/maintainer with 36 years’ experience specialising in site identification, project development and delivery working with major energy companies such as Santos, Energex and Tarong Energy. Scott specialises in developing innovative energy projects and has a detailed understanding of connection agreements, EPC contracts, off-take sales agreements, energy storage, and project financing.
Most recent experience has been gained with a network fringe project with a Far North Queensland renewable energy development, and the transmission connection of the +$20bn LNG upstream compression hubs, and Solar PV development EOI assessment.

Paul brings over 18 years experience in project finance and commercial structuring to Fincierge. Through his time as executive director with Brunswick Group, Plenary Group and ABN Amro, Paul has developed a long and proven track record of advising and partnering with clients at all levels to deliver “win-win” financing solutions.
Paul has extensive experience in managing all types of developments from start to finish as principal, from multi-unit residential projects to large-scale public infrastructure. Prior to moving into investment banking, Paul was involved in the electricity sector, establishing competitive markets and providing energy trading training to participants in various jurisdictions including Queensland, South Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
